CCAP is a 501(c)(3) with a 24-year track record of accomplishments in climate and air quality policy. The organization's mission is to significantly advance cost-effective and pragmatic air quality and climate policy through analysis, dialogue and education to reach a broad range of policy-makers and stakeholders worldwide.

CCAP is funded by several diverse sources, such as private foundations, U.S. federal, state, local, and international governments, individual donors and corporations.
