About the Event
CCAP will participate in the First Climate Investment Forum in Central America: Increasing Ambition to Implement NDCs, which will take place virtually and in-person at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Guatemala City from May 18 to 19. Check the following link to register and attend virtually. It will be broadcasted live via YouTube.
The Forum welcomes government actors, the private sector and the general public from Central America and the rest of Latin America to strengthen access to and mobilization of climate finance and carbon markets and their alignment with the NDCs of the countries of the region.
Join us on May 19, Adriana Bazán Fuster of our climate finance team will moderate a panel on financial instruments, impact investing, and how to leverage it in Central America to finance NDCs. The panel will provide an open dialogue for panelists and participants to learn and discuss impact investing and assess its relevance to NDC financing in Central America. Panelists include Ivan M. Cruz Burgos, Fernando Alvarado, and Juan Pablo Mancilla Alcázar.
