About the Event

The Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP), in partnership with the Environmental and Energy Study Institute, is convening a group of nonprofit leaders, philanthropy representatives, policy experts and funders in Washington, DC to reflect on the role of nonprofits in today’s increasingly polarized environment.

This discussion will focus on the unique role policy nonprofits can play in advancing practical, evidence-based solutions, strengthening public dialogue and bridging divides. At a time when climate and public policy debates are often fragmented, independent nonprofits can help create space for credible analysis, constructive engagement, and solutions-oriented thinking.

Designed as an intimate, in-person conversation, the event will prioritize candid exchange, relationship-building, and thoughtful discussion—offering participants the opportunity to engage deeply with peers and explore opportunities for collaboration.
