The Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP) invites qualified consultants or consulting firms to submit proposals to conduct the Final Evaluation of the project:
“Too Good To Waste: Initiative to Mitigate Methane Emissions from Waste in Latin America and the Caribbean (RG-T4317).”

About the Project
The Too Good To Waste initiative aims to accelerate methane mitigation from the solid waste sector in IDB borrowing countries, contributing to the Global Methane Pledge's goal of reducing emissions by 30% by 2030.
The project is co-executed by:

Center for Clean Air Policy (CCAP)
The evaluation will assess project components implemented by CCAP, including MRV methodologies, climate finance strategies and capacity-building activities across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Assignment Overview
The selected consultant or firm will conduct an independent final evaluation covering:

Project design and relevance

Implementation performance

Results and efficiency
-
Institutional performance
-
Lessons learned and strategic recommendations
Estimated duration: 5 weeks
Reporting language: English
Who Should Apply
We are seeking consultants or firms with:
-
At least 3 years of experience evaluating projects financed by multilateral organizations (IDB, World Bank, EU, GEF, etc.)
-
Experience in climate change, sustainability, or waste management
-
Proven work experience in Latin America and the Caribbean
-
Capacity to evaluate MRV methodologies and capacity-building programs
-
English and Spanish proficiency
